Once an order has been transferred to a shipping carrier, circumstances outside our control may affect delivery.

7. Returns, Exchanges & Warranty Claims

Because many Brush Valley cushion products are shipped compressed and vacuum-sealed, return eligibility may differ depending on whether the packaging has been opened and the cushions have expanded.

8. Product Care & Outdoor Use

Outdoor fabrics and cushions are designed to withstand outdoor conditions, but they are not maintenance-free or immune to environmental effects.

Customers are responsible for appropriate care, cleaning, drying, storage, and maintenance of their products.

Moisture, dirt, pollen, leaves, food residue, organic debris, and other environmental conditions can contribute to staining, mold, mildew, or deterioration if products are not appropriately maintained.

Care-related damage and environmental conditions are subject to the exclusions described in our warranty policy.
